Shipping policy
Orders will only ship to addresses within the 50 states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will be shipped on a specific day or that you will receive it within a specific period. The amount of time it takes to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes for the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.
Our preferred carrier is FedEx. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.

Standard delivery: (3-7 business days)
Orders are generally delivered within 3-7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days.

Second day delivery: (2 business days)
Orders are generally delivered by the end of the second business day after they are shipped
Your order will be shipped after your credit has been approved and / or any other necessary verification has been completed. To be shipped the same day, your order must be shipped and such approval and verifications completed by 11 a.m. EST / 8 a.m. Pacific Time. All other orders will be shipped the day credit approval and / or other verifications are completed, unless the order is placed after 11 am ET / 8 am Pacific time, in which case the Order will be shipped the next business day.
We cannot send 2 days to P.O. Boxes All items must be shipped to a valid address.
Some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may require additional transit time.

Risk of loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title of such items is transferred to you when we deliver it to the carrier.
Return policy
7Elements will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders made within 30 days. We only accept returns of items purchased through www.7elem3nts.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return:
Pack the items in a shipping box.
Include the following information with your return:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Order confirmation number
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will email you to inform you that we have received the items and are processing your refund. You should expect to see the credit applied to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
If you have been notified that you are receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice was issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.
